You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.
After 14 days, you may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods or unused time.
You may request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of any annual subscription purchase or renewal.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in cases of abuse, misuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
To request a refund, create a Support Case via your AISC client portal account.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
