By accessing or using AI Search Central (“AISC”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
AISC provides AI visibility governance services, including:
We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.
To access paid features, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are stated in USD unless otherwise specified.
“Founding Member” pricing, where offered, remains valid for the lifetime of a continuous, uninterrupted subscription. If a subscription lapses or is cancelled, this pricing may not be reinstated.
We reserve the right to change pricing for new subscriptions at any time.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds, if any, are governed by our Refund Policy.
You agree not to misuse the service, including:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
All AISC platform content, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit to the platform. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process and use that data solely to provide and improve the service.
AISC is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While we aim for high availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that outputs (including audit results or AI Visibility Scores) will be error-free or suitable for any specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
AISC integrates with third-party providers including Cloudflare, Render, Stripe, and DataForSEO.
We are not responsible for the availability or performance of these services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
We may update this policy from time to time. Where changes are material, subscribers will be notified via email or in-app notification.
